This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit balticbrandbase.com or contact us. We only collect what we need to answer your request and run our business.

2. What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you send a request, we receive your name, your email address and what you tell us about your product. We use this only to reply to you and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we process the data you send us for the same purpose and on the same legal basis.
Website visits. When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. This tool does not use cookies, does not create persistent identifiers and does not track you across websites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website may use technically necessary cookies or storage that the site needs to function. If we add other analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
4. Service providers we use
We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our communication, under data processing agreements:
Framer B.V., Amsterdam, Netherlands - website hosting, cookie-free website analytics and processing of contact form submissions
Google Ireland Ltd., Dublin, Ireland (Google Workspace) - business email
Some of these providers or their sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. In that case, transfers are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and for a maximum of 24 months after our last contact if no business relationship results. If we become business partners, we keep data for as long as required by contract and by Polish tax and accounting law. Server log data is deleted by our hosting provider after a short period.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
access the data we hold about you

restrict processing
receive your data in a portable format
object to processing based on our legitimate interest
To use any of these rights, email brand@balticbrandbase.com. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl.
7. Do you have to give us your data?
No. Using the contact form is voluntary. Without your name and email address, however, we cannot reply to your request.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always available on this page.
